True Guard™ Protection System
- Galvanized and coated with a layer of zinc weighing 180g on both its interior and exterior surfaces, which serves to prevent corrosion from occurring on the underlying material.
- To ensure superior adhesion, a seven-stage pre-treatment process is employed using zinc-rich phosphate.
- The surface has been treated with a zinc-rich epoxy primer powder coating to mask any visible welds or cut edges.
- To achieve exceptional resistance against corrosion and harsh weather conditions, a powder coating with a polyester finish is used.
